Assign sections to Company Profile.
Assign company profile sections to
User according to User Profile.
Generate Login id and Password.
Registered user you will get Login ID and Password.
Log in to http://lso.litmusinfosec.com with Login ID and Password.
Select a section and audit the answers.
Repeat above step until sections are
audited.
Report will be generated and send to
concern authority.

Company profile consists of three functions
they are:
1) Company registration
2) Edit Company Details
3) Assign project existing company.
The administrator inserts the client
company details the application automatically checks if the company
profile already exists in Litmus database to avoid data redundancy.

pre-exist on the database then the administrator assigns a new
project and number of users to the company but retains the earlier
details.

Profile if any.

Whenever admin want to check which
projects are extended due to company request?

Yes. When ever client needs to extend
the ongoing project after 21 days then client has to inform his/her
project manager who will contact the administrator via email with
verification information and request for extension, then the administrator
will extend the project on the basis of the reasons offered.

Project status is company summary where
admin can see company, user, project and other details in a glance.
Projects Status consists of the following details:
1) Company Details
2) Project Information
3) Contact details
4) User Details
5) Section assigned to company profile.

The Manage User module consists of
five sub modules they are:
1) User Management
2) Assign Section to Company Profile

User Management consists of three options
they are:
1) User registration
2) Edit User Details
3) Assign project to existing User.
The administrator must first check
whether the user details already exist in our database to avoid
data redundancy. This compares company name and sector combination
in our database to find out users of this company.

Email Id, Department, Position and Specialization.

The purpose of Edit user is to alter
the details of User Profile if any.

database then the administrator assigns a new project name to

A user’s is locked whenever he/she
has made three unsuccessful attempts to login. This is a security
feature to ensure that only legitimate users participate in the
audit.
To unlock the user, blocked he/she
must send e-mail with details to the administrator. Admin verify
the information provided with the client’s user list and
unlocks the login id of that particular user.

Whenever a user forgets his/her password,
he/she must send e-mail with valid identification information
to the administrator. The Admin user will verify the information
provided with the client’s user list and generate a password
for that particular user.

The Manage Section module consists
of four sub modules:
1) Sections
2) Sub-sections
3) Questions
4) Assign sections.

The Administrator (admin User) is the
super user in this application; the entire application is under
his control. He can make any modifications if required. There
maybe one or many administrators, in order to maintain the separate
identity to each one of them; they are given a unique password
and Login ID. Administrator will login through a unique login
id and password.

If administrator enters invalid login
ID or password then admin will be directed to invalid login id
and password form. The admin user can re-try to enter into the
application.
